Here is the newest project on the loom.
It is warped with a green sage and a sea
blue 3/2 yarn. The width of the project
is about 34" and the length is about 72".

This is one of two rag rugs which I made for
our labrador retrievers. I made one with a
100% cotton tan material, the other made with
100% wool yarn. They have both been
through the washing machine many times and
are still holding up well! The designs look
wavy in places - the lines are actually straight.
I will make rug for individuals similar to this
(about 28" x 36") for $45.00. Tell me the

This purple/pink/peach colored rag rug was
made from an old striped bedsheet. I tore
the bedsheet into strips and wove them into
a beautiful rug that I have in front of my
kitchen sink. This has also been through
the washing machine MANY times (our
yellow lab likes to lay on it). Old bedsheets
make wonderful rugs and it is a good way
to recycle the fabric into something useful.
